Before After

Before we started, this office was tidy in appearance but it was difficult to retrieve necessary paper work and tasks were lost in the piles on the desk.

The piles of paper work were sorted into a new filing system.

We created a filing and paper flow system and put action files in a vertical file holder on the desk for pressing and current tasks.
